Mind Your Career: One Second Ahead - Using Mindfulness to Transform Leadership Effectiveness

Tuesday, May 17, 2016 | 12:00-1:00 pm Central Time

Leaders today face an increasing amount of pressure to do more with less and get more done in less time. They are confronted with an increasingly complex, ever-changing business landscape, are expected to be always-on, and are often overloaded with information. And yet the key to enhancing leadership performance and well-being in today’s fast-paced environments is not to speed up. Leaders can only ensure they are focused, calm, and clear in demanding business environments if they slow down. Mindful leadership is about slowing down to be more effective.

In this webinar, we will look at how we can enhance leadership performance and well-being through mindfulness, including:

  • Why one second is important to your effectiveness
  • PAID reality of modern workplace
  • Neuroscience and how we work optimally
  • Why attention is so important to leadership
  • How we can practice a new way of working and leading through mindfulness
